Document collection Executive Responsibilities
- Preparing Export,Import & Opening of Letter of Credit Documents and Negotiate/ Purchase/Discount in Bank.
- Preparing all types of Pre/Post shipment related documents as well as banks documents for payment realise & make G.R.
- Handling of Documentary Bills for Collections, Issuing of Bank Drafts & Pay Orders.
- Regular Balancing of all Related Books.
- Handling of Various Internal Expenditure Transactions.
- Realization of Export Remittance and Release-eBRC (Bank RemittanceCertificate).
- Full aware of Telegraphic Transfer,Account Opening, Salary Transfer, Cheque Transfer, RTGS & NEFT, Handling of the Various Clearing Instruments.
- Full aware of all the Foreign Transactions in accounts (Transaction Advices).
- Full aware of Transit & Mortgage Property Insurance.
- Excellent proficiency in a variety of Banking Services.
- Independently handling all banking transactions.
- Preparation of Bank Guarantee from Bank also submitting the same to client and also keeping track record for the Bank Guarantees.
- Co-ordinate with our Finance Department & Accounts Department
